First up? Our Clean Up the Community Initiative in support of the Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA Kelowna) – You may have noticed some neighbourhoods, alleys and parks looking less than pristine, with litter and junk spread around and staying for weeks, sometimes months…. We want to change that.
Follow the Steps:
1 – Head over to Brett + Buddies’ Facebook Page.
2 – Comment on the post with a pic of your junk and street it’s located on.
Our Brett + Buddies team has the equipment and the desire to volunteer our time to get the neighbourhoods of our beautiful city cleaned up at no cost to you. We will be tackling public area clean ups each month, and we want you to help guide us to which neighbourhoods need cleaning!
We are working with the CMHA Kelowna for this initiative to support the important work being done to keep people fed during this time of crisis. All donations will go to helping our community. If you would like to donate to this cause please click the links below.
Definition of “Junk” or “Trash” for this campaign: This does not mean that we will pick up junk that is hauled to the end of your driveway. The goal is to clean up the streets/alleys/areas that aren’t always maintained but are important to our community. If we feel as though community members are abusing the system, Brett + Buddies reserves the right to not pick up the requests. Read All Fine Print
